FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about what Xolro builds, who it builds for, and how a project gets started.

What does Xolro do?

Xolro is a software studio in India that builds custom software for businesses and develops its own apps. The custom work covers business applications, internal tools, workflow automation, and customer-facing web and mobile apps. Our own products include apps for personal finance, wellness, and learning, plus tools for field-service work — and developer packages and open-source projects are on the way.

Who does Xolro build custom software for?

Businesses whose workflows no longer fit off-the-shelf tools — from owner-run small businesses and startups needing an MVP to growing teams and established companies modernising older systems. We build for healthcare, education, fitness, retail, and field-service businesses, and take on custom projects outside those areas too.

How much does a custom software project cost?

It depends on scope, so we quote only after the discovery stage. Once the features, users, and integrations are written down, the price is based on your actual requirement rather than a guess — a single-workflow internal tool costs far less than a multi-role platform with integrations and mobile apps.

How long does it take to build custom software?

A focused internal tool is usually a matter of weeks; a platform with several user roles, payments, and integrations takes longer. We share a stage-by-stage schedule with the plan, so you know what is due and when before development starts.

Are Xolro's apps available to download yet?

Not yet — Spendra, My Daily Buddy, Xolro Launcher, Xolro Quotation, Lex Battle, and Wire Mate are all in active development. Most are being built for Android first, and each product page is where availability, platforms, and pricing are announced first.

How do I start a project with Xolro?

Fill in the contact form with your name, email, and a short description of what you want to build or improve. We reply by email, and if the project is a fit it moves into discovery — mapping your workflows, users, and goals — before any plan, quote, or schedule is agreed.
